•  Project appraisal mission of AFDB for rehabilitation of Rosebelle sugar factory.
•  Valuation of fixed assets of the entire sugar industry in Mauritius.  Finance package by IDA.

LIBERIA

•   Feasibility report to rehabilitate a sugar factory in Liberia.  Services were rendered to Levenmill Ltd., London

PHILLIPINES

•   Sugar sector rationalisation report.

NIGERIA

•  Preliminary feasibility report for proposed Niger Valley Project.

JAMAICA

•   Study of the Jamaican Sugar Industry for developing multi-product options involving sugar, products of fuel, ethanol and bagasse cogeneration power.

MOZAMBIQUE

•   Preparation of feasibility report, detailed engineering document and management services for complete Greenfield project for Renuka Sugars ltd.

SUDAN

13 MW Cogeneration Project, Sudan

•  13 MW Cogeneration, Project Management Assistance, Material Management & Systems, Rehabilitation of Evaporator Station, C/F Station, Juice Liming & Pressure Stabilization System, Training, Engineering for Boiler Rehabilitation.
• Cogeneration of Surplus power at Assalaya Sugar Factory involving  preparation of detail schemes for implementation.
• Management assistance  and training services (MATS) to 2 sugar   factories - Guneid and  New Halfa Sugar factory.  Finance package by IDA.

21 MW Co-Generation Project at Kakira Sugar Works, Uganda

•  Complete services from the project inception stage to final commissioning for major rehabilitation of Kakira Sugar Works (1985) Ltd., Uganda, a 3000 TCD sugar factory.
•  Project appraisal mission for rehabilitation of Kakira Sugar factory.
•  Factory expansion from 140-tch to 280-tch with cogeneration of 22 - MWe installed power.
