JPMA
Quality Assurance & Surveillance :-
- JPMA calls for manufacturer’s
Quality Assurance Plan for their Products as a part
of Design Engineering Package for the study and further
giving JPMA Final approval
after necessary corrections and incorporation's.
- After QAP approval
by JPMA,Quality Surveillance shall be done in the
following way :-
- Raw material inspection
and testing as per design requirements.
- Stage wise inspection in fabrication,
machining, assembly and Trials.

Final inspection after complete
manufacturing which includes total scope of
supply and dimensional inspection of terminal
points.

Inspection after finishing and
painting, packing inspection and endorsement
of final packing list.

Pre shipment Inspection.
- Preparation of Inspection
Reports and making minutes of meeting for non compliance
if any.
- Making compliance
report and submission of documents to Client.
- Submitting expense
vouchers to Accounts for further invoicing to Client
for inspection services.
- Making statement
of inspection visits till the completion of Contract
for such services.
- Preparing budgetary
estimates for inspection services for new Clients.
- New recruitment's,
training for inspection services and overall administrative
control for smooth functioning of inspection services
in purview of contractual obligations.
